hi rather than showing DATE at bottom,can i show it with the post title?

after login, goto layout > edit html > tick expand widget templates & search for below code

replace with
<a expr:href='data:post.url'><data:post.title/></a>
I use this template for my blogspot blog... but only shows 2 columns!!! How can I have 3??
