how can i remove the 'wordpress', 'blogger', etc buttons? (sorry for asking such a noob question =.=)

after login, goto Layout > Edit HTML & search for below code

what happen to the archive when you put your mouse over it? is it only working in firefox?

how can I get to see all the widgets in the template? Its imposible to access below certain level at the Page Elements.
