How do you get the little calendar icon on each post to work? Or, what is the code for it so I can remove it? It keeps saying "undefined" on mine.

after login, goto Layout > Page Elements > edit Blog Posts > change time format to long date (e.g Thursday, May 28, 2009) > Save.
Remember change time format NOT date format.
Great theme! How do you get the post options to show up. I have several selected, but none show up on my post.
