after login, goto layout > edit html > browse Blogger Template - Dreamline.xml > upload > save template

oh, btw..
after i open, i only see [read me.txt] and [blogger template].

when i open th blogger template, it brought me to a website of codes in there.

is it th correct way?

no need to open *.xml template. just upload it.
after login, goto layout > edit html > browse Blogger Template - Dreamline.xml > upload > save template.

Im haveing problems getting the new Jump Link code working in this template any Idea how to fix it where in the code do I put the Jump link code?
I did try right after the data post body But I get an error please help.
